Trained BJJ @ Marcello's on Thompson & Emerson lastnight. Pitbull was the coach and we had a very intense practice. Started with drilling then progressed to many 5 mn rds with different levels and sizes. They had me wearing Gi top and my opponent was no Gi. Wonderful variation and felt my concentration skyrocket. Great job Pitbull and thanks for all of the time you gave me. Thanks to all of those that allowed me to work with them! -
